Ring in the new year with purpose—and a whole lot of heart.
Join us on New Year's Day for a celebration that brings together coastal Delaware communities to raise money for raise money for their neighbors.
Whether your crew is running the 5K, strolling the 1M, or cheering on our pint-sized racers in the Kiddie Dash (complete with medals for all the tiny heroes), there's a perfect way to get your body moving and your year started right.
And if you're feeling brave—or delightfully unhinged—stick around for the Leo Brady Polar Plunge in the Atlantic, where the water is exactly as cold as you're imagining, and twice as exhilarating.
Bunny Palooza
It's the Saturday before Easter, so it's time for Bunny Palooza—bring the whole family!
Every year when we’ve made it through the winter, the days are getting longer, and with any luck the weather is getting beautiful – that’s when you know it’s time for Bunny Palooza.
As always, we’ll have the Kiddie Dash which is free and fun, complete with cool finisher medals, and little ones won't want to miss meeting the Easter Bunny or exploring the Kids Palooza of games and activities on the Boardwalk.
And of course, there’s a 5K race and 1M walk with prizes for the top finishers. Cap off the morning with a celebratory lunch at Mango's (registration or ticket required)—it's the perfect way to celebrate giving back!
Fit & Fun Field Day
When the calendar flips to May, you know what that means—the Annual Fit & Fun Field Day is here, and everyone's invited.
Held on a weekend afternoon at Lord Baltimore Elementary School in Ocean View, this is the kind of community event that reminds you why you love living here.
Bring the whole family, bring the neighbors, bring anyone who's ever wanted to take a turn in a dunk tank or bounce their way through an obstacle course—because that's exactly the kind of afternoon we're talking about.
There's something for everyone: field day games, a bounce house, face painting, and music by DJ Scott to keep the energy going all day long. Stay for the raffles, grab some refreshments, and soak it all in.
The best part? Every dollar raised goes directly to Special Olympics Delaware, supporting the incredible athletes in our own backyard.
