Rooted in the heart of our community, the Quiet Resorts Charitable Foundation (QRCF) is more than just a steward of charitable giving—it’s a bridge connecting neighbors, dreams, and opportunities across ten beautiful coastal towns. Founded in 2001 by the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce -- which still plays a vital role in our work today -- we're guided by a commitment to uplifting lives and strengthening neighborhoods.
At QRCF, we believe that when one of us thrives, all of us flourish. Through annual scholarships and quarterly grants, we nurture educational growth, expand social services, and spark meaningful change across our area—opening doors for students, families, and local initiatives.
From the Indian River Inlet to the Maryland state line, we proudly serve Bethany Beach, Clarksville, Dagsboro, Fenwick, Frankford, Millville, Ocean View, Roxana, Selbyville, and South Bethany. Together, we're building a legacy of kindness, connection, and community pride—one act of giving at a time.

Our Board
